 DEVELOP AND ANALYZE THE PRODUCT
In order to choose the best raw material for our products, we use testing, which includes Cytotoxicity Test, Irritation Test, Maximization Sensitization Test, PH Data, Residue on evaporation, Heavy Metal, Potassium permanganate reducing substances, Accelerated Aging Test, and others.
IQC
We check all batches of raw material on delivery according to the standard. We also supply evidence documents, and examine again in order to conform to quality before use.
We also examine the raw materials specification characteristics, to ensure the consistency of material quality.
IPQC
We use the sample examination to strictly control the quality of the products. Consequently, we avoid flaws caused by personnel, equipment, or environmental variability from flowing into the production line.
FQC
At the end, we test the relevant function of the products, so as to ensure the manufactured goods are in accordance with the user’s demand, including Air-tight test, and then have another inspection to check the function of the products.
Sterilization products
To maintain sterility, we conduct the Bioburden Test and a Sterility Test, which we regard as the basis of Sterilization
OQC
Before shipment of goods, we follow procedures which confirm each product is in accordance with the relevant standards, and customer’s requirements. We thus confirm the integrity of each product, and pack each batch of product in accordance with the relevant standards.
